Keep it real

It is said that a person is incomplete without motivation. Before discussing this in details let’s make you know what motivation is. Suppose, you are leading a life where you have no goal, no requirements, no basic needs, no feeling of love, no expectations, etc. then what can be the meaning of your life? Whatever you need to live a life is full of energy and optimism. Motivation is that pure driving force which encourages you to do certain things. It is a state of mind where you find the positivity and confidence to move on. When a person gradually starts to lose self-motivation, he should immediately find for the steps to gain it back. Loss of self-motivation can lead a person to depression, insecurity, anxiety, and loss of interest in life.

You are starting from childhood to the extreme age of life you need motivation in every step and every level of your life. According to Abraham Maslow, who is regarded as the father of Motivation Theory, there are five types of basic needs in a person’s life- Psychological needs, safety need, Love or belonging, self-esteem, and self-actualization. If you study a person’s life each hand, everyone passes all these stages of basic needs. When it comes to the achieving of success, it is your high-level self-motivation which gives you enthusiasm. When you need to develop the leadership skills you need to first act as a real motivator for which you also need to remain highly motivated in every aspect of your thoughts.

People can easily lead a life when all the situations are under his control. But life is not that easy and straight all the time, and there may be times when there may be an occurrence of sudden accidents or incidents which you never expected. For eg., death, accidents, separation, divorce, financial crisis, etc.  Arising of such situations does not mean that you stop to lead your life. It is evident that for a specific duration of time you may feel down, but at the same time, you should remember that experience has provided you with enormous power to cope up with all sorts of situations. It is the self-motivation that keeps you moving on with new thoughts and energy.

Self-motivation helps you in setting realistic high-level goals in your life so that you can follow the perfect track and manage to take the risk and achieve the goal.  Self-motivation also helps you to stay in your activity until you reach success.
