Well, health means fitness from the physical, emotional and mental state of mind and body. Now, this fitness of physical, emotional and mental state is not possible if he does not follow the basic spiritual disciplines of life. Health and spirituality are highly related to each other. In fact, for a perfectly healthy lifestyle, one needs to take care of his spiritual health as well.

The Science of Spirituality is those set of practices which increase the spiritual maturity within a person for e.g., the growth of love and compassion, developing respect and honor, tendency to forgive, gain a strong personality, etc. It gives you the reasons to live and understand life. Spirituality is not a practice of religion, but a practice to develop one’s values, morality, principles, and beliefs. These are the basic rules which help a person to stay healthy from inside. Naturally, when a person is strong from inside, he can get a healthy lifestyle.
