Adverse effect on studies: Mobile phones help to search various study materials online which are important for studies. But things would have been fine if students remain restricted to mobile studies. They are now addicted to mobile games, online chatting, visiting social sites, and watching movies. All these create a terrible impact on studies.
Cause of various health issues: Addiction to mobile phone causes serious health issues. It can cause skin diseases which may include hand and facial skin. The intense rays of the mobile can cause cancer and eye problems too. Many more diseases can affect the body because of its excessive usage.
Unwanted physical distance with relatives: Mobile phones are responsible for creating a massive gap in relationships be it with friends, families or even parents. People remain so much occupied over the phone in free time that easily it overlooks the relationship values in life. Besides offering the advantage of communicating efficiently over the phone, it also offers the disadvantage of creating physical distance with members of the family.
Endless working hours: Advancement in technology helped in doing so many official works right from the mobile. But the disadvantage is, earlier employees get the scope to rest and relax at home when not at work or even out for some family outings. But these days it’s reasonably not at all uncommon to get contacted by the boss when way back home, at home or, even on weekends.
Lack of Privacy: Personal privacy is poorly hampered because of an existing photo and video sharing technology available on mobile phones. Nowadays its difficult to maintain personal privacy. In an informal situation, the chances are high that you may get photographed or filmed.
Regular expense: Mobile phones are forced to cross the budget of the daily expenses. The technologies used in smartphones are getting advanced day by day and to keep the device updated you need to spend a lot for it.
