These days stress has become a common thing that can happen to people of any age. There are many different reasons for stress and if not taken seriously it can lead to many serious problems. The primary cause of stress is the hectic lifestyle of today where we stretch our limits to an extent where our body and mind refuse to work in sync. If you feel any of the below-mentioned symptoms and signs for a prolonged duration of time, you should start taking it seriously and work on relieving stress and anxiety on your mind. Stress can affect the functioning of your mind and body and we all handle it differently. So, it is essential to identify the signs and work on it.   • Frequent Headaches: As per the researches, it has been found that frequent headaches can be the cause of stress, especially if the pain is in the head and around the area covering your neck. People who suffer from stress often complain about headaches. A headache is caused by stress that can be both physical as well as mental.
  • Lack of concentration: Another common sign of stress is having a lack of attention. If you feel you are not able to focus on your life or work or maybe family, it can be due to stress. A person dealing with stress is often lost in various thoughts, and they have very little concentration power as compared to a person who is stress-free.
  • Lack of energy and enthusiasm: Lack of energy is another major sign of stress ad it is often followed by insomnia, loss of sex drive, nervousness, cold and sweaty feet, and palms, anxiousness, anxiety, and pessimistic behavior.
  • Physical sickness:  Frequent sickness including constipation, dry mouth, stomach disorders, and nausea are signs that can be due to stress.

If you feel the signs mentioned above of stress, you must visit your doctor and talk to them about it. Always remember you are not the only one dealing with stress and talking about what is causing you the trouble will still help you find the way towards the cure. Do not hesitate to discuss what you feel. Many things can lead to stress, and if you keep these things within you, you will fall in bigger trouble that can lead to depression and other sicknesses.
