The email has been considered as the best way to communicate since such a long time when it comes to business and developmental sectors. This is because of its user-friendly mode, confidentiality, fastest nature, and easy traceability. Email marketing has got a lot of scope for businesses. Email marketing can be used for earning money too. A perfect email marketing strategy can get all this done.

Recently, the business sectors are feeling that email is not a good prospect for growth whereas, researches prove that it is still the cost-effective yet profitable mode of communication. Thus, if you feel that you are not satisfied with email communication, you need to follow some email growth hacks to implement in your business. Here are some of the growth hacks:

1. Email address is the main factor for growth. So it is essential to customize the email addresses which can prove to be a potent means of growth hacks. Try to follow a domain or extension where the name of your company is mentioned. If emails are sent from various domains, then this creates a business identity crisis towards the clients, and they cannot make out at one stretch that the emails are being sent from one company. A shared domain can act as the best identification. 

2. The second growth hack is the selection of the subject line. If you follow a too long and monotonous subject line, then clients will not welcome to read that.  Try to write catchy, unique and something which can create a compelling urge in the clients to open your email.

3.  Though many business organizations are fast in sending emails to a large number of clients, yet they forget to follow up their clients with proper mailing structure. Again, they even do not track whether any of the clients as responded to the emails or not. Thus, tracking your mail ids is still an excellent factor for growth in your business. Your campaign progress and response rates matter a lot.

4. Whenever you send a mail, try to set a signature and postscripts from the settings. When people find your designation, they can have a good impression of your company and would want to connect you. 

5. Try to avoid automated emails or copy-pastes. These type of emails are prone to become spam and failure in delivery. It’s better to type for a short, humble and touchy response or replies all the time. 

6. Don’t be annoying while making follow-ups as if you are eager to catch the attention. Be very sensitive and assertive during follow-ups. Try to provide social proofs like success stories, details in your emails which attracts clients.
