Exercise is a very important way to maintain weight.  Dieting is a method to shed excess weight, still dieting alone won’t work out to reduce weight. Exercising daily gives the best result along with a properly balanced diet. Doing regular exercise will provide physical fitness and mental relaxation. Walking is also a good exercise which keeps you fit and healthy.  By doing yoga regularly, one can develop a healthy habit, a stress-free mind and keep themselves fit and healthy. These are the easy way to maintain your weight after dieting. Dieting keeps you warned and alert you from having a large number of unhealthy foods. To stay healthy and fit you should be away from all junk food and sweets. One should practice good food habits to reduce and maintain weight.  

To maintain weight loss one should practice any of the physical activities like walking, yoga, or aerobics, etc. Nowadays Zumba is also very popular among youngsters. It’s a dance-based physical activity that keeps you fit and active. Swimming is another best activity to reduce and maintain our weight. Always remember that eating well and being active are lifelong methods of keeping yourself healthy by lowering the risks of severe disorders like heart disease, diabetes, stroke, and other health problems. We all need to challenge ourselves to stay motivated. Give yourself a goal like a particular party, or other social events to help maintain the weight loss. Search and mingle with other people who are trying to keep their weight. By sharing tips, of our stories, and struggles, we‘ll find it easier to maintain proper nutrition and exercise habits.

“Your brain has a very accurate system of knowing how many fat cells you have, and even how fat those fat cells are,” says KEN FUJIOKA, MD, DIRECTOR of the center for weight management, nutrition, and metabolic research. “When you’re dieting, the brain knows the body’s fat cells are decreasing, and it wants to get them back, even after you’ve reached your goal weight,” explains Dr. Fujioka. Experts recommend to write down what you eat. “You can tell for yourself whether you’re doing well or need to pay more attention.” Says Fujioka. “Counting calories is a great way to help yourself keep track of your food intake.”
