As you all know that health is an essential part of human life, you would try to take a lot of care for the well being of your health. Certain factors rule the well-being of your health. When you lead a life with no diseases and sufferings, and all your organs perform their functions actively, you are considered as physically fit. Physical fitness is such a state of your body where you need to perform certain activities to keep flexibility and free of diseases. When people discuss the terms like physical activities, physical fitness, physical exercise, they often get confused and cannot differentiate them accurately.

Practically, these terms mean different, but their roles are directly related to the well being of the body. Physical activities are such movements and stretches of the body performed by the skeletal muscles. Through these activities, your body can lose the extra calories and all those unwanted toxic products which may affect your health. People perform a lot of physical events in their daily lives. For eg., sports, workouts, household works, traveling for office, conditioning, etc. Physical exercises are also a part of physical activities. Practices are the best part of physical activities as they are thoroughly planned and regular. All these physical activities when performed regularly results in the improvement of the health and body, and you can maintain your fitness for a long term. Thus, physical activity is directly related to physical fitness.

Nowadays, people seek the help of professional instructors or fitness experts by visiting gyms, fitness clubs, etc. The role of the fitness instructors is meant to set specific workout or diet plans with the help of their skills and knowledge. These plans are highly responsible for physical fitness but in a professional and structured manner. 

Physical activities like brisk walking, swimming, jogging, cycling, yoga, etc. have always been regarded as the best activities for the physical fitness for a long duration of time. But, along with the advent of time, various new physical activities have originated or being derived from multiple country cultures and been practiced all over the world. One such event is “Zumba.” It is a modern form of dance where almost all the parts of the body are used for stretching, moving and sit-ups along with energetic music in the background. Various companies are arranging such physical activity classes for the employees. Again, there are many more activities like aerobics, belly dance, etc. which help your respiratory system as well as the cardiovascular system to work correctly. Now in one sentence, it is clear that physical activity is the primary factor to physical fitness.
