Even the payment methods are also easy to handle as there are numerous options like payment through debit cards, credit cards, internet banking and even cash on delivery. Several services like the salon, spa, massage, booking vehicles, selling old products, etc. are also going on through e-commerce. People are getting numerous options before buying a product which is unavailable in retail industries. There are also beneficial policies like return, refund, exchange, etc. Eventually, the retail sector is undergoing great loss and changes.
Most of the retail shops are also offering good discounts and free products as well but compared to the e-commerce business, they are not worthy, and thus people are going for e-commerce only. Now, most of the retail businessmen are joining hands with the e-commerce traders so that they can register their products and sell them through their online shopping websites.
Though there are certain drawbacks of e-commerce too when it is compared to retail business; still the e-commerce sector has taken over the lead today which has affected the retailers a lot.
