Interestingly, the ozone that is generated is swiftly broken down after use and reverts to oxygen. Thus, the ozone generator does not leave any dangerous remnants of gas which can cause further harm to the environment of living organisms like pets or even human beings.
The amount of ozone that can be produced in unit time depends on the type of generator that is being used. Industrial ozone generators produce far more output than those employed for the domestic purpose at home or in the health centers. Some ozone generators can even be modified to provide extra energy that can then be used to power other tasks.
