Making a career change can be an exciting experience, but it is equally worrisome. A clear idea about starting a fresh career can make the job a bit easier as well as effective too. You need to invest a good amount of time in the initial phase to discover what exactly you want to do and what to achieve.  This will help you in exploring the possibilities better to move forward.

There can be several reasons which can encourage you to look for a new career. Some of the common reasons can be a toxic situation, stalled mobility, no hike, are just to name some. But if you have a clear thought process regarding the fact as what next you want to do then the new career start will be a very exciting and enjoyable one for you.

If you are looking for a new career having no experience then following things you can do to find the right career for you;

• Paid Internships:  Go for a paid internship. It’s true that the pay you will get will not be at par with permanent employees but can support you to sustain till the time you learn the work. Many companies look for freshers as interns to train and then take as permanent candidates.

• Volunteering:  Volunteering for a career option may give you the scope to analyze if the new type of work is going to help you or not. Doing Volunteering will also provide you valuable network to make a solid entry in the industry if the work suits you.

If you are looking for a new career with work experience in another field then following things you can do to find the right career for you:

• What are you best at? Prepare a list of things that you love doing and enjoy from the core of your heart. For example, if people appreciate you for clicked photographs in your friends or relatives' wedding then freelance photography or professional wedding photography can be a wonderful choice.

• Do you have any training and experience in another field? What type of training you already had in your bag and any experience in that field? For example, if you are good at photography is there any training you did on that or assisted any senior photographer for any event?

• If the answer to the question above is yes, then look for job opportunities in the field and start applying. If you have the fund with you, start your business in your trained field.

• Make in-depth research over the internet and read success stories of people who taste success in your preferred career field. If you need further training, go for it if you are really serious for a career change.

• Quit your old job and make an entry into a new venture.
