Overthinking is a universal problem. Overthinking is linked to psychological problems, like depression and anxiety. It's likely that overthinking causes mental health to decline and as your mental health declines, the more likely you are to overthink.  Thinking about something in endless circles is exhausting. I also overthinking a lot but we should try our best to overcome it. Whoever, whatever you are thinking of avoid that, avoid that person or place. Why not think of the things which you are capable of doing like think of your passion. Start living your dreams. Keep yourself busy in something that makes you feel happy. You can write articles, stories, or maybe essays, you may read novels, watch season or movies, that’s what I would love to do. Do something now that won’t make you regret in the future. Overthinking consumes your energy and time. Thinking of becoming something, start working on yourself now, now is the time. Overthinking may destroy you completely. Whatever is happening in your life let it don’t stress about it because sometimes you have to let go of the life you thought you wanted in order to make room for the life you are truly meant for. The things standing in your way might be there to steer you in another direction. The disappointments might be there to guide you towards trying something new. The wonderful surprises might be there to show you something you a... When life takes you in an unexpected direction, trust that it is taking you closer to where you are meant to be.
